Invitation to join a free net seminar Mexican born Spanish shaman and healer, Agustin Orea de Armenteras, begins anew his internet seminar “Directive sentences for internet and the Book of the Shaman’s Garden” in Facebook through the group Red Azul de la Conciencia (the Blue Web of Consciousness). Every day Agustin sends an exercise consisting of a few directive sentences to the participants of the seminar and publishes the directive sentences in his profile in Spanish, Italian, German – and now also in English and Finnish. The seminar begins from a place that Agustin calls “unconcern” or “freedom from preoccupations”. In many ways we are imperceptibly attached to things that in reality have little or no personal meaning to us at all, and our confused minds waste enormous amounts of energy idling in endless inner dialogue about such things. When we learn to silence our minds and stop the inner mechanisms which make us often frustrated, petrified and predictable, energy is released for the use of consciousness and we learn to lead more harmonious and meaningful lives. When our personal power grows, we learn little by little to live the kind of life we have always wanted to live and to understand the cosmic meaning or Intent of our Being. Agustin and the Blue Family Agustin Edgar Delgado Orea (Itzcoatl Papalotzin) is a shaman, seer and healer. In his 20 years as apprentice, and 12 as leader, he has worked with different groups in Mexico, North America, Europe and New Zealand. He has collaborated with American shamans (Huichol, Maya, Lakota, Apache, etc.), indigenous groups from the Amazon, Maoris of New Zealand and Tibetan monks from the Shartse monastery in India. He has trained in disciplines such as NLP, social anthropology and anti-anthropology. He bases his teachings on the tradition of the new Toltecs, which is where he feels he belongs. He is currently dedicated to spreading his knowledge and his interpretation of American wisdom, through such organizations as Shamanic Center Armenteras and Ollin-Yoliztli Foundation, both founded by him, trying to remind his apprentices that life is a marvellous, magical journey, and that we can access knowledge through joy and happiness. Agustin arranges courses and gives lectures around Europe in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland and he’s planning to visit the UK and Scandinavia in the near future. When Carlos Castaneda told Agustin, also known as Itzcoatl Papalotzin: "I have to tell you personally: this is not your place..." the young man thought his world had come to an end. So many struggles to reach the Nagual, only to be given freedom that he did not want. Little did he know that when Castaneda said 'this is the place of the green apprentices and you are blue,' his destiny was set. The discovery of his lineage, which he calls the Blue Family, came as he tried to answer the question: 'what does it mean to be blue?' He shares some of his answers in his books of which one is translated to English: “The Shaman's Garden: Memories Stolen from the Dead Stars (A branch of Toltec shamanism). The internet seminar is based on this book. Agustín's invitation to join his seminar I’m looking for apprentices of shamanism. I’d like to find men and women, who are at the same time both peace-loving and brave. Who dare to live the life they have always wanted to live, without losing the people around them whom they love. You ought to be both, you have to live in two worlds, be both peace-loving and strong. You have to learn to be disciplined to be impeccable and never to fall. All the energy we save today, everything that we strive for, will pass into oblivion. No one will notice or come to congratulate us, no matter what we do. Everything will pass into oblivion. But consciousness will abide; intent will manifest. You must empower yourself, but you must never under any circumstances lose your love for Mother Earth and your respect for living beings.
