Location

We are based in southern Europe, in Andalusia, Spain, 45 minutes from Malaga airport. We are in the heart of one of the most interesting areas of Spain. The pueblo blanco (white town) of Ronda is only 45 minutes away, Granada with its beautiful Moorish palaces is little more than an hour away, and prehistoric cave paintings and lovely lakes can be found at Ardales, only 30 minutes away. In addition, the famous resorts of the Mediterranean Costa del Sol, are only an hourÕs drive from the centre.

Here on the Straits of Gibraltar you can look across to Africa, two continents separated by only thirteen kilometres of water. This busy shipping route joins the Atlantic Ocean with the Mediterranean Sea, forming an international communication point linking America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

We are currently fundraising to buy the land where we aim to establish our international centre. The land we are purchasing is very special. The 32 hectares offer a tremendous variety of terrain, including:

• the wild lower slopes of a mountain, a protected site where eagles nest
• olive, orange and avocado groves
• an area of good farming land
• a plentiful supply of water - a valued resource in arid Andalusia
• a health-giving sulphur spring, formerly the site of a spa bath
• and last but not least, a peaceful plateau, future home to our centre and meditation hall, with wonderful views across the countryside to the sea in the distance.
