Establishing the School of Life, acquiring land (US$800,000) and erecting the buildings to house the centre (US$2.4 million) is estimated as costing approximately US$3,200,000.
This will be financed through private donations and public funds.

Running the School of Life, including staff wages, payments for guest lecturers, maintenance, expenditures for food, transport, energy supply and other external services are estimated to an annual cost of US$800,000.
