Silja Winther,
founder and Head of the Board of School
of Life, trained as a Biopath at the Scandinavian School
of Biopathy, Copenhagen, Denmark. She has a degree in Psychology
and Comparative Religion from the University of Oslo, and
qualifications in Linguistics and Phonetics. In addition
she has attended numerous courses in psychotherapy, hypnosis
and leadership development training. She has spent the last
8 years leading lectures, workshops and short courses on
self-development and spiritual exploration. She is the mother
of two children, aged 5 and 3. Silja had the vision of creating
SoL when she was still a young girl. The arthritis she was
born with led her to take responsibility for her own life
and find a path of creative action. Very early on she recognised
the need for building bridges between the different ways
of perceiving the world. SoL is the manifestation of her
faith that humanity can create new patterns of thought and
action to regain balance and save the future of our planet.
